SatosanMetals is an owner operated small coin and bullion shop. Beginning in 2015 we have designed several specialty silver rounds for the collector. This evolved into having a few pieces commissioned and completed by renowned medallic artists such as Heidi Wastweet and Sandra Deiana. Currently in 2021 we are continuing a series that is devoted to portraying some of the very artistic manhole covers of Japan. We will also from time to time introduce new unique pieces by some of the worlds best medallic artists.
The pieces we have produced are limited availability. All pieces are dated [except the 2015 issues] and were minted during that calendar year. In 2020 we introduced the “First Strike” approach to newly created dies. These issues are produced in 39mm 2toz. silver in a lot of 50 pieces numbered 001-050. These are considered the collector pieces because they are severely limited to only 50 pieces and are the only pieces produced in 2toz. silver. In 2021 we officially adopted the dragon from the Japanese 1 yen coin as the reverse die for all of the pieces we have commissioned and will contain the date, precious metal weight, and, precious metal type. This will allow a die to be used forever pushing up the mintage for a specific issue while allowing a limited issue of the strike by date.
Thank you for checking in and we hope you like your unique silver products.
